9 October, 2026 – FRIDAY

• arrival of the participants
• from 14:00 – check-in at selected hotels
• 15:00 – start of the official program – half-day trip to Trogir (casual dress code)
• 20:00 – dinner at the hotel, with a greeting from the mayor (casual dress code)

10 October, 2026 – SATURDAY

• 07:00 – 09:30 – Breakfast at the hotel
• 10:00 – 11:00 – Extraordinary GA (General Assembly) for approval of the Statute (FECC dress code)
• 11:15 – Organized sightseeing tour of Kaštela (FECC dress code)
• 13:30 – Visit to the KKU Poklade premises (where allegorical floats and carnival masks are prepared);
  social gathering, wine tasting, and catered lunch (unlimited food and drinks) (FECC dress code)
• 15:00 – FLAGS PARADE – Kaštel Stari (Riva) (FECC dress code)
• Return to the hotel and free time
• 20:00 – Masquerade dinner (Dress code: carnival costume of your choice)

11 October, 2026 – SUNDAY

• 7:00 – 10:00 – breakfast at the hotel
• 10:00 – exursion to Sinj (casual dress code)
• 13:30 – organized lunch at the Panj farm
• return to the hotel and free time
• 20:00 – gala dinner in Spinnaker restaurant (gala dinner dress code)
